In Whitefield, on the east side of Bangalore. The project describes the site as just off the junction.
The metro station that gives the junction its name sits on Whitefield Main Road, Maithri Layout, Kadugodi, according to a metro information site. I don't have the project's survey address yet. Use the map link above for the pin, and check the pin against your own visit.
A short walk to a station. Hopefarm Channasandra is an elevated station on the Purple Line, east-west corridor of Namma Metro, and it opened on 26 March 2023 per Wikipedia. Whitefield (Kadugodi) and Kadugodi Tree Park are its neighbouring stations, and trains run towards Challaghatta.
One caveat. A metro information site lists no parking and no feeder bus at the station. So the one-minute figure works best if you live close enough to walk. If you plan to drive to the station, ask how that works.
People who work in Whitefield. Swiggy HQ and Brigade Tech Park are about 5 minutes from the project, ITPL about 10, and ITPB, Prestige Shantiniketan and DivyaSree 10 to 15. That is a commute you can do without a long drive.
It suits less well anyone who drives to the CBD every day (about 50 minutes) or flies often (the airport is 50 to 60 minutes away). For them, the Purple Line is the better route and the junction is a place to leave by, not a place to drive through.
EPIP and the ORR parks sit at 20 to 35 minutes. That is workable for a few days a week and tiring for five.
The table shows drive times, not peak-hour times.
I would test the route at 8:30 am and at 6:30 pm on a weekday, in both directions, to the office you actually use.
A project that is a minute from a metro station and five minutes from a major office does well on a clear road. The real question is what that five minutes becomes at 9 am.
