About the Project — Lodha Hopefarm Whitefield

What Is Lodha Hopefarm Whitefield?
Lodha Hopefarm Whitefield is an upcoming residential project by Lodha Group at Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield Main Road, East Bangalore, opposite Mahindra Blossom and adjacent to the Alembic City precinct where Google has leased 30 lakh sq.ft. The project is spread across roughly 8-9 acres, with 6 towers planned and 300+ large-format units across 3.5, 4 and 5 BHK configurations starting from about 2,500 sq.ft. It is currently in the pre-launch, Expression of Interest (EOI) stage, and is marketed under two names in parallel — Lodha Hopefarm and Lodha Whitefield — both referring to the same development.

Why Lodha Hopefarm Whitefield, Why Now?
Two forces are converging on this address. First, Whitefield has an abundance of 2 and 3 BHK apartment stock but almost no large-format, branded, metro-adjacent luxury supply — buyers who have outgrown their existing home have had nowhere to upgrade to within the corridor. Second, the Hopefarm Channasandra Metro Station on the Purple Line has been operational since March 2023, which means the connectivity story here is already built, not a future promise.

Every residence is planned around three large formats — 3.5, 4 and 5 BHK — with no smaller configurations. This is a deliberate positioning choice: Lodha Hopefarm Whitefield is competing on space, brand and location, not on entry-price accessibility. Transparency note: As of mid-2026, RERA registration has not been filed for this project.
